Cancellation & Refund
At Writers on Assam Adivasis (WAA), we value your support and contribution towards our mission of promoting research, awareness, and dialogue on Assam’s Adivasi communities. Please note that the payment of Rs. 500 made towards the seminar registration is considered a contribution to support the organization and event activities.
As such, there is no cancellation or refund policy applicable to this payment. Once a participant registers and completes the contribution process, the amount cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances, including non-attendance or withdrawal from the seminar.
This contribution helps us cover essential organizational costs such as logistics, materials, and arrangements required to conduct the seminar effectively. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
By proceeding with the payment, participants acknowledge and accept that the registration amount is a non-refundable contribution made in support of the event organized by Writers on Assam Adivasis (WAA).
